#3 Too much on the plate

If we actually look at the WWE roster, it isn’t that crowded but it is quite a job to give each and every one of them a unique gimmick and more or less the management or Creative fails at that job. Look at the divas division. While some have been phenomenally successful, many have just been relegated to promoting their products or are not pushed well enough.
A gimmick like Ryback has been repackaged almost three times but someone like an Adam Rose or a Fandango haven’t got that kind of treatment.
