9. Justin Gabriel

Just like Otunga, Justin Gabriel was part of the Nexus storyline that took WWE by storm a few years ago. He had some success as a tag team wrestler with Heath Slater, but once he went out on his own, he found out exactly how WWE operates. Even though Gabriel is a talented high-flyer, he doesn’t have some of the qualities WWE wants in their top stars. He isn’t even being used as a jobber. Gabriel will randomly pop up in NXT from time to time, but there has never really been a major effort made to push him.
The thing about a talent like Gabriel is that he will have a lot of options if he gets frustrated and decides to leave WWE. He could easily find himself wrestling for TNA, Ring of Honor or any of the major promotions in Japan and Mexico. He may not have the charisma of some of his peers, but he has the skills to put on an exciting performance, which is more valuable to the smaller promotions than his ability to cut a promo. When WWE decides to cut ties with Gabriel, he will have a bright future.
