10 WWE Stars Who Are Basically Jobbers Right Now 5

5. Sin Cara

Signed to a contract in early 2011, everyone had high hopes for Mistico in WWE. He went under the moniker of Sin Cara and made his arrival on the main roster one night removed from WrestleMania 27. After a lousy performance in his in-ring debut against Primo, Sin Cara’s stock quickly dropped. Not even a move to SmackDown in the 2011 WWE Draft could help save his career, suffering an injury at Survivor Series and getting sidelined from action for six months. Despite joining forces with Rey Mysterio, he became an afterthought upon his return and he hasn’t been the same since.
That said, Sin Cara still found success in singles competition from time to time, but not in 2014. After Mistico was released from the company, Hunico took over the role of Sin Cara. He scored two upset victories over Alberto Del Rio last December, but since then, he has won only three televised matches, two being against Damien Sandow. He’s won a handful of matches on WWE Superstars, but aside from that, Sin Cara has found himself coming up short more often than not. Aside from maybe merchandise sales, it’s a mystery why the Cara character hasn’t already been scrapped entirely.
