Sean Waltman once held many championships in the WWE, before being released from the company in 2002. Unfortunately, it appears that Waltman’s life has been on a downward spiral ever since. Despite joining TNA, Waltman has been reported to suffer from substance abuse and reported as being an alcoholic. He was even suicidal and was found hanging from the neck, being rescued just in time.
